When submitting your artwork for Spot Printing to SBCO, please review the Artwork Specification for Spot Printing guidelines:

Artwork Specification for Spot Printing

Image Area

Width of image area must be at least 1.5 inches less than the width of the bag.
Length of image area must be at least 4 inches less than the length of bag.
Image will include SBCO promotional Eye Mark.
Ink coverage is assumed to be no more than 40% of the total surface.

COLORS

Standard bag colors are white, red, blue, yellow, and orange.
The Pantone Guide is used to specify ink color. ART WORK

ARTWORK

Positives and negatives must be right reading, emulsion down.
If artwork involves more than one color, a negative for each color must be submitted.
Suffocation warning, if needed, should be incorporated into artwork and within the maximum image area.
Please submit files in EPS format, using Adobe Illustrator.
All fonts (screen printer) must be included in artwork.

FIXED CHARGES

Artwork/Setup Charge - $65.00 / hour. 1-hour minimum (covers all jobs submitted correctly).
Plate Charge - $175.00 each. A separate plate is required for each color and each side of the bag to be printed.

MINIMUM ORDER & LEAD TIME
Please allow for a +/- of10% on all quantities.
Lead-time is 3-4 weeks from approval of artwork.
A $20.00 service charge will be added to orders not meeting $200.00 minimum.
